RAYnbow Accessories strives to fulfil all orders as fast as possible (most orders are dispatched within 24hours). RAYnbow Accessories delivery is made after funds have cleared successfully in our account.

Please note that Delivery time frame is from dispatched and not from when the actual order is placed ). (Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not included into the delivery time frame)

• Free Delivery within Newfields, Cape Town 

• Cape Town Neighbouring Areas – Local delivery to your door – 1 Day- up to 10km from Our Store including Rylands, Surrey Estate, Penly Estate, Primrose Park, Lansdowne: R30

• Cape Town Neighbouring Areas – Local delivery to your door – 1 Day- up to 15km from Our Store including Crawford, Kenwyn, Rondebosch East: R40

• Cape Town Neighbouring Areas – Local delivery to your door – 1 -2 Day- up to 20km from Our Store including Goodwood, Front of Mitchells’s Plain, Woodstock, Walmer Estate, University Estate and surrounding area: R60

• Cape Town CBD – Local delivery to your door – 1 – 2 Day- up to 20km including Cape Town City Centre, Gardens: R70

• Cape Town – Atlantic Seaboard – Local Delivery to your door 1 – 2 Day – up to 25km from Store including SeaPoint, Greenpoint and surrounding areas: R80

• Cape Town Northern Suburbs – Local delivery to your door- 1 Day- up to 30km including Bellville, Durbanville, Platterkloof and surroundings areas: R100

• Domestic Delivery to you door via Pep Paxi and Aramex can be arranged with A flat rate handling fee. R30

• Orders to remote areas may attract additional charges. 

RAYnbow Accessories endeavours to keep all stock items on hand at all times, however should an item be out of stock or a supplier is out of stock, or a stock items is discontinued, RAYnbow Accessories will suggest an alternative, or provide a timeframe for the stock items to come back into stock, or provide you with a credit to use on the website.

Payments are done online through PAYFAST – we do not keep any personal information. We accept: VISA, MASTERCARD – a full list of supplier logos can be found in the website footer on the home page. Payment can be made by EFT, debit card, instant bank transfer credit card, where payment is made by credit card, we may require additional information in order to authorise and/or verify the validity of payment. In such cases we are entitled to withhold delivery until such time as the additional information is received by us and authorisation is obtained by us for the amounts. If we do not receive authorisation your order for the Goods will be cancelled. You warrant that you are fully authorised to use the credit card supplied for purposes of paying the Goods. You also warrant that your credit card has sufficient available funds to cover all the costs incurred as a result of the services used on the Website.
